Prior to joining Boxclever, Rendle worked in the insights function at New Look and as a fashion and beauty senior analyst at Euromonitor.

Hodgson (pictured above left) will focus on quantitative research at Boxclever, and has worked for the company for three years.

Previously, Hodgson was an insight associate at professional services network PwC, and began her career as a research executive at Optimisa, which was later acquired by PwC.

Richard Brown, qualitative research director at Boxclever, said: “Karla has made herself indispensable to the team with her thoughtfulness, hard work and leadership.

“She challenged herself to progress and over the last few months and has done so in style.”

Commenting on Hodgson’s new role, Boxclever research director Andy Haylett said: “Charlotte’s boundless enthusiasm, hard work and can-do attitude towards her projects, clients and colleagues really shines through.

“She’s made herself indispensable, so this promotion is very well deserved.”
