Boxclever hires four

Metcalfe (pictured) has experience in delivering international consumer healthcare and pharmaceutical research, and a background in social anthropology.

Prior to her appointment at Boxclever, Metcalfe was research director at Join the Dots, having been at the firm for around eight years.

Tom Dreaves has been hired as quantitative research director, having previously focused on digital qualitative work, communities and ethnography, particularly for the financial services industry.

Before joining Boxclever, Dreaves was research team director at Incites Consulting, having also worked for Join the Dots, RSA and Curiosity Research.

Lauren Skardon has also been named as analytics research director, following a three-year spell at Savanta, most recently as associate director, having previously worked at Circle Research.

Alice Hesmondhalgh has been appointed office and events manager, having previously worked at Fusion Learning Ltd, Creative Emporium and Laxton Events.
