Boots’s Drury re-elected as Aura chairman

UK — Boots UK’s customer insights manager Richard Drury has been re-elected as chairman of clientside research association Aura for 2013.

At its AGM, Dagmar Albers of Pfizer, Graeme Armstrong of Bausch & Lomb, Pamela Gelie of AIG, Carolyn Jukes of AXA and Katherine Lawson of Royal Mail were elected Aura council members.

The association reported that membership had increased in the past year, with organisations up 4% to 167 and individual members up 14% to 570.

Drury said: “Our members see their biggest challenge as creating business impact from customer insight. Sharing best practice at our networking seminars and on our forum helps towards this goal.”
