UK — Former founder and CEO of Foviance Paul Blunden has launched a user experience research agency.
Usability247 aims to provide multiplatform user experience research and usability testing services to customers around the world in an ‘always on’ service.
The agency will offer research services through expert reviews, user labs and online testing and research.
Blunden said: “Usability is still lacking in too many products and interfaces due not only to the complexity in the technology and resulting change in user behaviour but also because clients cannot access services when they are needed. This is Usability247’s unique advantage.”
