UK — Media research agency Blinc has hired former Ipsos ASI MD Justin Charlton-Jones as managing director.
Charlton-Jones has also been MD of Quadrangle and a board director at Network Research.
“Justin’s experience in both communications research and in growing businesses in this sector are a perfect fit for our vision for Blinc," said Blinc co-founder Neil Griffiths. "His insight into ad research will be invaluable as we launch a number of new products.”
