Bilendi acquires M3 Research

FRANCE — Bilendi, formerly Maximiles Group, has acquired Danish online access panel provider M3 Research.

According to the announcement, M3 Research, which was founded in 2007 and has panellists in Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Finland, achieved revenues of €4m in 2014. The company has offices in Copenhagen, Odense, Stockholm and Helsinki.

Bilendi covers market research and customer and engagement and loyalty and has offices in France, UK, Germany, Denmark, Sweden, Finland and Morocco.

The acquisition will be paid in cash, part of which is subject to achieving 2015 targets.
