Berry promoted to Ireland MD for Kantar Millward Brown
Currently managing director for Kantar Worldpanel in Ireland, Berry (pictured) will continue in that role as well as taking on the Millward Brown position, leading the strategic and commercial direction of both businesses.
Will Galgey, head of Kantar Insights for UK and Ireland, said: “David has proven to be a successful leader at Kantar Worldpanel in Ireland over the past five years and has a very strong reputation in the market. He has also built a skilled and highly engaged team in Dublin and is excited to now have the opportunity to support and develop the Kantar Millward Brown Ireland team.”
Maureen Van Wijk was previously managing director of Kantar Millward Brown in Ireland and is now a client partner. This is an international client leadership role, with a focus on Diageo Europe and Kellogg’s. She will continue to be based in Dublin.
In July this year, Kantar Millward Brown closed its Northern Ireland office in Belfast with its leadership team forming a new agency, Cognisense.
