Behaviorally expands in France

FRANCE – Shopper marketing consultancy Behaviorally has launched a Paris hub and has named Damien Arrouas as head of the local team.

Arrouas (pictured) will take on the role of vice-president, customer success, and was most recently executive director at The NPD Group.

Before joining NPD, Arrouas worked for Kantar, GfK, and Ipsos, and has worked in locations including London, Nigeria and Shanghai.

The France office is the latest in a series of new hubs launched by Behaviorally, following on from Germany, Switzerland and Australia.

Crispin Beale, group president at Behaviorally, said: “We know clients in France need a future-forward research alternative to bring them insights relevant to the rapidly evolving digital retail landscape.

“Damien’s understanding of the unique challenges among French organisations, as well as his extensive experience and knowledge supporting consumer product brands doing business globally, makes him the ideal leader to deliver growth for Behaviorally and our clients in France.”
