UK — Karen Small has joined BDRC Continental as client services manager for its Hotels and Hospitality research team.
Small joins from Nationwide, where she worked for 10 years. Her last role was as Events Team manager.
“After numerous meetings at industry events, we decided to approach Karen to be a part of the team at BDRC,” said James Bland, director of BDRC’s Hotels and Hospitality division.
“Impressed by her skills and experience, we saw that Karen had a unique perspective as a board member of the Event Marketing Association and her career to date, making her highly suited for the role and a good fit for the team.”
