UK— Hotel chain Marriott International has retained BDRC Continental to run its global brand-tracking programme.
The research agency, which has worked with Marriott for the last ten years, will collect proprietary data and ask specific questions through its existing syndicated Hotel Guest Surveys, which runs across nine major global source markets and regions.
Marriott also owns Renaissance Hotels, including the newly renovated St Pancras Renaissance in London.
BDRC Continental CEO Cris Tarrant (pictured) said: “Our hotels team will continue to monitor the health of Marriott International’s various hotel brands… helping the company evaluate the progress of its hotels and identify brand development opportunities in emerging markets.”
