US – Verbatim analysis software company Ascribe has added an artificial intelligence classification tool to its services.
The service will use AI to classify verbatim comments from open-ended survey responses.
It works by creating a multi-level codebook which is applied to the responses for automated coding.
Rick Kieser, chief executive, Ascribe, said: "Our clients are challenged more and more with analysing large databases of verbatim comments on very short timing. Ascribe’s AI classification service is designed to meet this industry challenge."
