Appinio hires GM for US business

GERMANY – German market research company Appinio has appointed Matt Ayers as its general manager in the US.

Ayers (pictured) was previously at Material, where he spent 15 years, first in London and then setting up the firm’s New York office in 2013.

As part of the Appinio leadership team, Ayers will be responsible for the growth and strategic direction of Appinio’s North American business.

Appinio is a market research company headquartered in Hamburg and founded in 2014 by Jonathan Kurfess, Max Honig and Kai Granaß. It is remote-first and B-Corp certified with more than 260 employees worldwide.
