Raubach (pictured, left) is responsible for growing Appinio’s brand presence in the UK, increasing revenue streams and expanding the company’s client base, as well as growing the UK team.

He joins Appinio from information services firm AlphaSights.

As general manager for Spain, Martos (pictured, right) will lead all business operations in Spain and her mission will focus on expanding Appinio’s presence, increasing revenue and consolidating market share in the region.

Martos was previously country manager at Findasense, where she led the business in the Emea region.

The company said both Raubach and Martos will be ‘instrumental’ in advancing Appinio’s aims, and that their leadership would support the company’s growth objectives.

Founded in 2014, Appinio is headquartered in Hamburg, Germany. The company is remote-first and has a team of around 260 employees.
