Alterian and Experian in analytics partnership

US— CRM technology firm Alterian has entered a partnership with Experian Marketing Services to provide a solution for multi-channel management and analysis of customer interactions.

The firms aim to integrate data from various on and offline channels into a centralised database, applying “sophisticated analytics more commonly associated with traditional channels to the full cross-channel view”.

Alterian CEO David Eldridge said the platform will offer a “comprehensive, yet centralised way to manage customer interactions across channels”.

Homebase, Systemax and Birmingham Midshires (part of the Lloyds Banking Group) are among the clients already on board for the joint offering.
