Parsons was most recently chief product officer and president of performance media at Criteo, and held prior roles at firms including SocialCode, OpenX and Acxiom.

Previously, Parsons also founded two venture-backed companies, BuzzLogic and Aditive.

Prodege is based in California and is a consumer marketing and insights platform focused on loyalty programmes. Chuck Davis left as chief executive last year and also stepped down as president in early 2026.

Chris Ney, chairman of the Prodege board of directors, said: “Todd brings a builder’s mindset, significant operating experience and a strong record of product leadership. We believe he is the right leader to guide Prodege into its next chapter.”

Parsons added: “As AI shapes more of our choices, I believe people should have a more direct role in shaping those experiences and share in the value they create.

“Our job is to make today’s businesses better and prove new ways for human understanding to create useful experiences and measurable outcomes.”
