US— Feedback management software developer Allegiance has acquired online survey software firm Inquisite for an undisclosed amount.
Texas-based Inquisite offers a range of survey products designed to gain insight from customers, employees and company partners. Its clients include AT&T, Dell, Intel, Visa, Johnson & Johnson, Siemens and Xerox.
Adam Edmunds, Allegiance’s CEO, said: “Innovative companies go to all lengths to stay in touch with the opinions and attitudes of their customers. Inquisite solutions add an interesting dimension of self-created and self-administered survey tools.”
Allegiance’s online feedback management products measure customer and employee engagement and loyalty.
