Alida partners with CX business

SINGAPORE – Experience management firm Alida has accepted customer experience (CX) consulting company Blink CX onto its partner programme.

As part of the agreement, Blink CX will provide CX tools to organisations in the Philippines.

The partnership will combine Alida TXM Platform and Blink CX’s consultancy, allowing customers to support their CX operations and gather insights.

Blink CX is a CX company focused on research, implementing and developing products relating to CX and data science, and which specialises in helping organisations achieve a ‘customer first’ agenda using CX advisory services, data science, and global CX technology platforms.

The Alida Partner Network provides software, enablement and support for partner organisations and customers worldwide.
