Alida launches SMS survey tool

CANADA – Experience management company Alida has released additions to its flagship Total Experience Management platform, including an SMS survey tool.

Wooden people having conversations

Conversational Surveys will use SMS to help capture feedback from research participants in a conversational style, according to Alida.

The tool will also help users develop, distribute and manage communications across multiple segments and markets, and identify trends within surveys and community reports.

The upgrade will provide new tools, including a highlighter, media player, multiple choice grids in tables and multiple options for single choice grids, as well as opportunities to provide feedback in more languages, including Catalan.

Riaz Riahan, president of products and engineering at Alida, said: “In today’s climate, it’s imperative that businesses leverage tools that allow them to meet their customers faster where they are.

“With Alida’s latest product, Conversational Surveys, companies can easily engage with customers via SMS in a conversational style.”
