Alida names VP corporate development
Prior to joining Alida, Bhide was part of the mergers and acquisitions team at OpenText, where he worked on the firm’s acquisition of Carbonite Inc. for $1.4bn.
Bhide has also worked on buy-side and sell-side transactions and strategic projects at Bell Canada Enterprises and BMO Capital Markets.
At Alida, Bhide will help strengthen the company’s corporate development and mergers and acquisitions strategy.
