The agreement will see the two companies work on customer experience (CX) services in Belgium.

Keyrus uses business strategies, data collection and technology to help customers with CX, and the agreement will allow them to access Alida’s TXM Platform tool.

The Alida partner network allows organisations to access Alida’s software and also provides support and enablement for CX projects.

Ross Wainwright, chief executive at Alida, said: “We are thrilled to be embarking on this partnership journey with Keyrus and look forward to providing organisations an industry-leading CX solution that combines both innovative technology and consultancy.”

Werner Mathijs, director digital experience at Keyrus Belgium, said: “We are excited to partner with Alida to further expand our service and product offering within the CX domain.

“A partnership with Alida, a proven, yet innovative and disruptive CX platform, is a natural fit.”
