Alchemer launches customer feedback platform

The platform, called Alchemer Iris, will use AI to ask questions, bring answers into focus and propose actions based on the findings, working across surveys, reviews, reputation management and other customer listening channels.
Iris can also respond to reviews, trigger follow-ups, identify insights and move work into the systems teams already use.
Other features include an AI survey builder, removal assistant to help remove reviews that violate Google content policies, action and workflow automation, and conversational navigation using natural language.
Martin Mrugal, chief executive at Alchemer, said: “The organisations that win won’t be the ones with the most feedback or the best dashboards; they’ll be the ones that shorten the distance between hearing something and doing something about it.”
