Abt SRBI signs tech licensing agreement with Voxco

CANADA— Abt SRBI, the survey subsidiary of Abt Associates, has signed a licensing agreement with Voxco to use its data collection technology.

The survey firm, which was founded in 1981 as Schulman, Ronca & Bucuvalas Inc before being acquired in 2007, will use the Voxco Command Center for all data collection modes. It will also use the PRONTO Dialer platform to operate predictive dialling telephony surveys and collect data.

Abt SRBI specialises in public policy research but also carries out market research in the commercial sphere, where its services include image tracking, brand equity, product and market assessment, and customer and employee satisfaction studies.
