4media acquires PR business Stature

Following the deal, the Stature PR brand name will be retired and the agency will become part of 4media UK. The acquisition will strengthen 4media’s expertise in research, earned, owned and paid media.

Founded in 2008, 4media Group specialises in market research, digital, broadcast media relations, and public relations. Services include market research, online polling, PR surveys and focus groups.

4media Group is headquartered in London, with US headquarters in Bentonville, Arkansas, and offices in several US cities including New York and Chicago.

The financial terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.

Duncan Purves, founder and managing director of Stature PR, takes up the role of UK chief executive for 4media, reporting to global chief executive Ed Cyster from a new office in London’s Fitzrovia.
