4media hires head of insight

UK – Insight-driven communications firm 4media Group has appointed Ian Jenkins as global head of insight and strategy.

Jenkins (pictured) will be based at 4media’s London offices and will take on a key role in the company’s insight and research work across the UK and US.

Before joining 4media, Jenkins was founding director at both Prescient Research and Intrinsic Insight, and has worked on consumer and business-to-business research for businesses including Microsoft, VW Group, Camelot, Roche and Investec.

4media Group was formed in 2008, has headquarters in London and Bentonville, Arkansas, US, as well as further offices in New York and Los Angeles.

The business works on integrated marketing strategies, social media, influencer programmes, broadcast media tours, video production, news distribution, public service announcements and public relations.

Duncan Purves, UK chief executive officer at 4media Group, said: “Insight has always been at the core of our strategic client offering and 2023 will see us progress to the next phase with our global intelligence department.”
