Brand Builder combines qualitative and quantitative methods to provide insight throughout the brand development process from mid-Phase III through to post-launch. It includes a diagnostic tool that profiles brand characteristics across five strategic dimensions. Based on that diagnostic evaluation, Brand Builder then delivers a customised research programme tailored to the needs of the brand.
