BrainJuicer revenue passes £20m in 2011
The company – picked out as one of the fastest-growing research agencies in our industry review in November – will release its preliminary results for the year in late March, but the revenue figure reported in today’s update shows a healthy improvement on the £16.4m achieved in 2010, which in itself was a 38% increase on the year before.
No hint of the company’s profit levels were given in the update, but BrainJuicer said it expects operating profits to be “in line with market expectations”. Its operating profit last year was £2.2m, representing an operating margin of 14%.
Over the course of 2011, BrainJuicer said, operations in Germany and Switzerland showed “strong growth” while China and Brazil “made encouraging progress” in their first full year.
