TNS, Compete collaborate on website optimisation

US— Sister companies TNS and Compete are combining their web research services for a new offer that aims to identify areas where websites are failing while offering recommendations to enchance performance.

The Web Performance Optimiser (WPO) mixes TNS’s WebEval website evaluation tools with Compete’s web analytics data and promises clients “an in-depth understanding of their visitors and precisely how to attract and engage with them”.

According to TNS senior vice president Melinda Smith de Borrero (pictured): “With WPO we’re able to optimise the online customer experience by understanding the current online environment in a given category, followed by in-depth website usability testing.”
