UK — Online market research platform ZappiStore has expanded into France and Germany.
ZappiStore allows visitors to select what they want to test and to choose their audience (based on number of people, geographic location, age, gender and other variables). The creative being tested then needs to be uploaded before a pre-defined survey is sent to respondents.
The site was the brainchild of Spring Research’s Stephen Phillips and the Insight Innovation award, at the inaugural Insight Innovation Exchange LatAm this year in Brazil, beating 40 other entries to the $20,000 prize fund.
The company said that demand from clients such as Coke, Zurich Insurance, Jaguar Landrover, LG, Ogilvy and Publicis had pushed ZappiStore into Germany and France much quicker than originally expected.
Phillips said: “We have European and global clients looking for multi-country research. Now we can deliver them an ad or new product test in the three key European countries in under a day for less than £5,000 and that is pretty compelling to our clients”.
