ZappiStore rolls out in Canada
The service, which originally launched in the UK in 2013, allows users to buy pre-packaged, automated versions of research projects, including creative tests, NPD tests and ‘choose it’ tests.
More recently, it added an ‘Express’ version of TNS’s ConversionModel survey of brand equity. ZappiStore plans to add additional branded survey ‘apps’ in the coming months.
Following its UK launch, ZappiStore rolled out in France and Germany in August.
In a statement issued this week, founder Stephen Phillips (pictured) said: “Adding Canada to our portfolio is the first step in an aggressive expansion plan for 2014. We already have strong ties in Canada through our existing global clients, and look forward to developing new relationships in an exciting and vibrant market.”
