US – Market research tech company ZappiStore has hired Julio Franco to be its vice-president Americas for the Eastern Region based in Boston.
Franco (pictured) was previously Americas director of insights at AIG Insurance and he has also worked as vice-president at Ipsos Public Affairs.
Ryan Barry, senior vice-president, ZappiStore, said: "Julio knows what it means to sell insights to a big business. As he works with our key clients and teams, he will bring a layer of empathy and understanding to everything we do in the future."
