UK— YouGov has promoted Adèle Gritten and Michael Wagstaff to the newly created roles of UK commercial director and head of research respectively.
Gritten was previously head of media and financial services consulting while Wagstaff was head of public sector consulting. The firm said that the new positions are part of a wider management restructure that it undertook recently.
Wagstaff has been in the industry for 20 years and before joining YouGov ran social research consultancy the Spark Partnership. He was previously responsible for a regular series of surveys for the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development on a range of HR issues.
Gritten, meanwhile, joined YouGov in 2009.
