UK – Customer research firm Yomdel and complaint handling business Resolver Group have agreed to work together on dispute resolution technology.
The strategic partnership between the two companies will see Resolver Group’s complaint and dispute resolution technology combined with Yomdel’s customer experience services.
Yomdel, which is located in Billingshurst, West Sussex, runs customer experience services including live chat, omnichannel communications, mystery shopping and a range of experiential and customer research services.
The Resolver Group is based in London and runs an online, end-to-end dispute resolution platform for mediators, adjudicators and investigators to act independently to resolve disputes.
Andy Soloman, founder and chief executive of Yomdel, said the strategic partnership would provide the technology to “help redress schemes quickly resolve consumer issues and drive efficiency into their organisations”.
Alex Neill, chief executive of Resolver Group, said: “The Resolver-Yomdel partnership is a powerful combination. We believe this partnership can continue to generate industry leading dispute resolution products and customer experience across multiple sectors.”
