Yext launches generative AI tool
The Content Generation Tool, part of the company’s Knowledge Graph platform, uses multiple large language models, including GPT-3 and existing information from Knowledge Graph, to automatically generate and suggest business-specific content.
The company said that the content would be aligned with pre-set writing styles and patterns in an organisations content library.
The content that can be generated by the tool includes descriptions, blog posts, biographies and frequently asked questions.
Content Generation will be launched officially later this month, and has been piloted with several customers for the past year.
Marc Ferrentino, president and chief operating officer at Yext, said: “Content is king in any digital experience. We’ve seen time and time again that the more content you have, the better you perform across search engines, websites, mobile apps, and other digital touchpoints.
“However, many teams lack the in-house resources to produce high-quality content at scale. We set out to solve this problem for our customers.”
