Yext launches AI tools
The new products include Yext Chat, which helps users design experiences or create business processes by interacting with the chatbot.
Yext Content, formerly known as Yext Knowledge Graph, includes enhancements to expand how companies can use AI to generate experiences across both owned and third-party channels all from a single content management system (CMS).
The third product, Yext Reviews, uses a new AI Generated Review Response feature to help businesses to use AI to scale small teams and respond to reviews.
