AUSTRALIA – WPP AUNZ Data Investment Management (DIM) Group has created Research Profile, a new panel management offering.
It has also appointed Spike Games as Research Profile’s business development director. Games joins from Research Now where he was client development manager.
Research Profile will manage the Qantas loyalty business, Red Planet research panel.
The panel is made up of a cross-section of Qantas Frequent Flyer’s 12 million members who opt-in to receive and complete market research surveys, in return for earning Qantas Points.
Rob McLachlan, CEO Data Investment Group, WPP AUNZ said: “We’ve been working together for over 12 months to refine the Red Planet research panel.
“The panel engagement and representation is unrivalled given the broad take up of the Qantas Frequent Flyer programme. We are seeing response rates significantly above industry averages.”
