UK – Kantar has appointed Watermelon’s Chloe Woolger as UK commercial director for customer experience (CX).
Woolger (pictured) was marketing director at Watermelon, part of Chime Communications, for four years. Prior to that, she held other marketing and customer service roles with Chime Insight and Engagement, Inchcape Retail, Jaguar Land Rover and BMW.
Based in London, Woolger will be responsible for building on Kantar’s CX offer and developing its CX market strategy. She will also manage client and business development activities and support the company’s CX partner ecosystem, working with Medallia and SAP-owned Qualtrics.
Over the past 18 months, Kantar’s new CX contracts have included work with Bupa, Virgin Atlantic, Post Office and Nationwide.
Woolger will report to Tim Pritchard, Kantar’s UK managing director of customer experience.
Pritchard said: “We are pleased to welcome Chloe to a growing, successful team. Her appointment will drive the business forward, helping to maintain Kantar’s reputation as a global centre of excellence for customer experience management, and ensure our long-term commercial success.”
