NETHERLANDS — Innovation insight agency Winkle has introduced Pansensic, an emotion analytics tool, to its Concept Screener offer.
Winkle Concept Screener is part of Winkle’s modular system that guides decision making along the innovation process.
In addition to performance metrics, Concept Screener now includes Pansensic, an emotion analytics tool that relies on academic linguistics research to decode unstructured narrative to identify consumer intentions.
“Pansensic means we can ask consumers questions in natural language and glean data-driven meaning from it,” says CEO Hans Lingeman. “It’s a tangible step toward the disruption the market research industry is looking for—one of many to come.”
