Webtrends to explore customer insights for Gogo
US — In-flight wifi provider Gogo has hired digital intelligence firm Webtrends to explore customer interaction with its service, which is available on more than 1,800 aircraft.
Gogo will use Webtrends’ Streams software, said CEO Ash ElDifrawi. “We pride ourselves on providing exceptional service and see this as a way to continually improve the in-flight experience.”
