Temminck (pictured) previously spent almost three years at ITV and has had agency experience prior to that at Verve and Hall & Partners. She will be charged with growing Walnut’s media roster in her new role.

Alex Banks has also been hired as associate director, having previously worked for four years at Dyson. He will lead on and support insights on several key accounts at Walnut.

Simon Cereda has joined Walnut’s social research arm ICM Unlimited as research manager.

Cereda was most recently at Savanta ComRes and previously Edelman Intelligence. Cereda will continue to grow ICM’s presence within polling and among political clients.

Karen Mahere has also been appointed as junior project manager, having worked for Maru/Matchbox, and Laura Baker has joined Walnut as research executive from Hampshire County Council.

Jane Rudling, managing director of Walnut Unlimited, said: “As the industry continues to overcome a huge period of uncertainty, it’s brilliant to be able to bring such amazing talent into the business.

“We can’t wait to see how all of these new hires flourish in their roles, each bringing their own unique style and vast amounts of experience to the team.”
