Vypr names international CRO
Gilding (pictured) joined Vypr in 2020 and was previously sales and marketing director at the business.
In his new role, Gilding will lead an international team as the company seeks to expand into new markets.
The team will consist of two lead business development managers for global markets, and a further two external hires dedicated to international growth, including Josh Leung, recently appointed as demand generation specialist for global markets.
Leung has worked across a variety of marketing functions for software-as-a-service businesses including BrightHR, with experience spanning lead nurture, digital acquisition and campaign strategy.
The appointments and promotions come after Vypr raised £4m from private equity firm YFM in April, allowing it to target expansion into the US, Australia and Europe.
Gilding said: “We’re at a critical stage of growth where it’s essential we have the right people in place to achieve our plans.
“Our strategy is to promote from within our brilliant team and bring in those with new skills that will propel us forward.”
