Voxpopme launches Microsoft Teams app

US – Qual research platform Voxpopme has introduced an app that will allow clients to make their customer insight accessible to employees within Microsoft Teams.

The integration will mean that anyone in an organisation can ask questions in Teams and receive answers validated by research conducted by their in-house insights teams.

The app surfaces relevant projects in the organisation’s repository of Voxpopme research, searches the underlying customer responses, and generates a summarised answer, with source links.

Voxpopme said the app offers an alternative to adding to insight teams’ workloads by allowing people to access insights directly.

Andy Barraclough, founder and chief executive, Voxpopme (pictured), said: “The hardest problem in insights was never capturing the customer voice. It was getting the evidence to the person making the decision, at the moment they are making it, wherever they are in the organisation.”

Barraclough said linking Voxpopme to Microsoft Teams would allow those who are not researchers to “make big decisions that are grounded in what customers really said”.
