US – Video insight provider Voxpopme has partnered with patient and employee experience management business Service Management Group (SMG).
The partnership will give SMG customers access to qualitative insights through the capture and analysis of video feedback.
SMG clients can use Voxpopme to capture self-recorded videos from customers and analyse the data via the company’s automated video feedback software.
