Voxco hires VP

Sobecki (pictured) joins Voxco after having worked as senior director of customer experience strategy at Videotron, where she focused on customer experience strategy, user experience and customer autonomy.

Sobecki, who has worked in customer experience for more than a decade, will in her new role be responsible for improving Voxco’s customer experience products.

In addition, Sobecki will advise the Voxco team and clients on customer experience strategy, customer journey management, user experience, and customer insights collection and management.
