Voxco acquired by private equity company

US – Insights software platform Voxco has been acquired by enterprise software investment firm TAP Software Holdings, managed by private equity firm Terminus Capital Partners, for an undisclosed amount.

The deal will see Terminus Capital Partners expand into actionable insights and Voxco was acquired from Pivoton Capital LP.
Voxco is an actionable insights platform that helps brands take data-driven decisions.
