FINLAND – Citycon Oyj, a Nordic shopping centre developer, has appointed Visit Intelligence Oy to analyse visitor behaviour across its locations.
The multi-year agreement will see Visit Intelligence Oy deploy its visitor behaviour analytics across Citycon’s shopping centres in Finland, Norway, Sweden and Estonia.
The ‘Visit’ solution measures visitor numbers and dwell times, and also provides public WiFi and location-based analytics. The rollout of sensors to provide tracking data in the centres has begun, and is estimated to be be completed during the first half of 2018.
