Visa Europe takes cut of Beyond Analysis

UK— Visa Europe has bought a minority stake in customer insight firm Beyond Analysis to strengthen its data analytics capabilities.

Beyond Analysis has been working with the electronic payments group since 2008 and following the investment it says it will “deepen” its work with Visa to help manage loyalty programmes and provide advanced analytics and insights based on spending patterns made using Visa Europe cards.

Visa Europe president and CEO Peter Ayliffe (pictured) said: “Enhanced data analytics forms a key part of our vision for the future of payments alongside new technology such as mobile payments and e-wallets.”
