UK — Online communities specialist Verve has appointed EasyInsites co-founder Jo Winning as a business development consultant.
Winning (pictured) has over 20 years of experience in research, having started at the BBC before working at ITV and Channel 5. She co-founded EasyInsites with Charles Pearson in 2009.
At Verve she will concentrate on the development of new clients. The agency’s roster already includes HSBC, Sky, Eon and npower.
Andrew Cooper, CEO of Verve, said of Winning’s appointment: “There are few people in the market with her depth of experience in online communities for research.”
The news comes four months after Verve closed a £750,000 expansion capital fundraising from the its shareholder group to invest in accelerating growth.
