UserLeap raises $16m
The latest round of investment brings UserLeap’s total funding to $20m.
Angel investors including Elad Gil, Dylan Field, Ben Porterfield, Akshay Kothari, Jack Altman and Bobby Lo participated in the round.
The company’s previous $4m seed round was led by First Round Capital.
Founded in 2018, UserLeap’s platform combines contextual ‘micro-surveys’ and artificial intelligence-based open text analysis. Users of the platform can run targeted surveys to ask questions about feature usage or customers’ needs.
