Unmetric launches competitive intelligence app

US — Unmetric has launched Sense, a mobile app that allows marketers to monitor competitor activities in real time through a stream of campaign images, videos and hashtags.

It works by allowing users to select brands they want to monitor — from a choice of 35,000 — and providing a stream of image-based and auto-captioned content from those brands. Users can then tap individual posts for full text and engagement metrics.

Sense, which is independent of Unmetric’s social media intelligence platform, is being rolled out to Unmetric’s existing clients and will be made more broadly available through special invites leading up to its public availability in the Apple and Google app stores.
