UK – Unlimited Group has promoted Sarah Shilling as its new chief marketing officer.
Shilling (pictured) was previously managing partner, brand at Unlimited Group, but as CMO she joins its senior leadership team. She replaces Ryan Wain who left the business to take up a career in law.
She has more than 20 years’ PR and brand marketing experience. She joined Unlimited Group in 2013 when she moved to Fever Unlimited (the PR, social and influencer specialists) as a board director before becoming director of operations across Fever Unlimited and Nelson Bostock.
Shilling has also held senior positions at Sainsbury’s, Pernod Ricard and Intercontinental Hotels Group.
Unlimited Group managing director, Michael Richards, said: “Sarah has the attitude, skill, tenacity and ambition for this role and will spearhead Unlimited Group’s marketing plans to drive growth.”
Earlier this year, the Unlimited Group rebranded from Creston and reorganised itself into seven disciplines covering health, customer engagement, brand, digital transformation, B2B & technology, CRM & acquisition and insight & analytics.
Its insights and analytics business was merged under the Walnut Unlimited brand as ICM Direct, ICM Unlimited and Marketing Sciences Unlimited were folded into one business.
